Paul Moreton - When Paul isn't playing golf or on holiday he is the MD of Brookfield Recruitment. He has worked, in senior management, for the largest service support companies.
Paul's approach to recruitment comes from what he didn't like and what didn't work when he was recruiting for his teams; and doing it differently. This ethos sets us apart from other 'typical' recruiters (we don't like them either - they get us all a bad name!)
Paul is extremely client focussed and ensures that all of Brookfield's clients receive the utmost loyalty, quality service and quality candidates - and does it with a smile on his face. Usually!

Ian Trendall - Back to recruitment for Ian after many years away. Field sales, management and then the chance to show what he could achieve as the 'boss' have been the interim projects.
Initially in to help the technophobe incumbents and carry out some special projects, it was clear to all, Brookfield and recruitment was the perfect fit. Now Commercial Director and equal owner, responsible for operations recruitment and senior placements.
Still talks a good game of football and cricket but now only a contributor on the lush green fairways of Braintree and the Costa del Golf - but work does sometimes get in the way of his tumbling handicap!

Amanda Walden - Amanda is the backbone of the company. In the director's absence she is Brookfield and fiercely loyal. Responsible for all systems, credit control, payrole and databases - without her the company grinds to a halt.
Amanda has been with the company only just slightly less time than the directors - coming in as the company made the transition to formal, limited status. There's nothing in this company that Amanda doesn't know and she still enjoys - on top of all of her other duties - interviewing and placing candidates just as much as the consultants do!
It is after all why we are here - when she says jump - we all do!

Colin McFaull - Colin joins us to head up the security division at Brookfield. With approaching 20 years experience in this particular field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and an unparalleled level of industry understanding to the recruitment sector. Working hard to keep up the Brookfield golfing tradition, he would argue that he doesn’t quite get the same number of opportunities to play as Paul and Ian, hence the higher handicap!!......

Nigel Buckley - Nigel is a surrogate Geordie. Heading up Brookfield North East based out of Durham he has worked in partnership with us for a couple of years now. Nigel has over 16 years Management and Senior Management experience in the car rental, sales and business to business service arena.
I believe I know what companies are looking for in staff when it comes to their recruitment needs. When you have been at the sharp end you know how important it is to get the correct candidates as quickly as possible.
I think it's so important to ensure you have fun in the work place but not forgetting there's a job to be done. His colleagues would say as daft as a brush, has bags of energy and enthusiasm but gets the job done.

Bradders - He came from afar (Sudbury) via the shell-step summer student plan. We took our undergraduate on for an agreed two months and it's flown by. He came to re-build and re-shape our website and our IT requirements.
Partying all night and playing loud music while he works is NOT Bradders' style. He's more of a Barry White kinda guy than the sex pistols. He's now been retained as an exterior member of the team and we will no doubt call on him as the need arises. Alas things come to an end and Bradders - who built this website - will now be a remote Brookfield employee. Come back and see us - often!!
